Promotional Terms & Conditions

1. Entrants must be of legal age to play in the Event. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID). Players may participate in satellites only if they will be of legal age on or before the start date of the Event. The minimum age to play in a live event is established by the host casino. In most European casinos, the minimum age is 18, while the minimum age in most U.S. casinos is 21. It is the player's responsibility contact the host casino to verify that they are of legal age to participate in each Event.
2. Any player who posts objectionable content (E.g., pornography, discriminatory materials, etc.) forfeits their profile as it will be removed from the site. In addition, the offending player(s) will be disqualified from the Live the Dream contest & events.
3. By participating in a satellite of any kind on Everest Poker, or in the Event, you grant Everest Poker the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
4. Each winner of a Live the Dream package will have to sign a contract with Everest Poker and agree to help promote Everest Poker and act as an Everest Poker spokesman during and after the promotion including, but not limited to, meeting with press and participating in other events conducted by Everest Poker.
5. The details of the package will be done once the winners will be defined as some tournaments will be specific to the country of the winners
6. The contract is a yearlong contract.
7. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. You may be required to sign a waiver prior to playing in the Event. This waiver may include permission to film and broadcast your participation in the Event. You agree to sign any waiver required by the Event and/or its broadcast partners. If you do not sign this waiver, you will not be permitted to play in the Event, and will forfeit your entry, without compensation.
9. During the Event, strict rules regarding player behavior will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person during the Event, or any other behavior that the Event sponsor, in its sole judgment, believes to be detrimental to its conduct of the Event. If you are penalized or disqualified from the Event as a result of any rules infraction, Everest Poker assumes no responsibility for your entry, which may be forfeited.
10. The first package (entry fee plus travel expenses) to the Event that you win is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. If you win, you must play or forfeit the package.
11. Should an Event be canceled or sold out prior to the securing of the winner(s) participation, Everest Poker may offer the winner(s) alternate compensation such as the cash equivalent of the Event buy-in or an entry to an alternate Event.
12. You affirm that the name, email address, postal address, and phone number associated with your Everest Poker account are accurate, and agree that the person whose name appears on that account will be the actual person who plays in the Event. Any discrepancy in this may result in disqualification or forfeiture of Event packages.
13. If a player does not confirm their attendance at the Live the Dream Casting with Everest Poker Customer Service before December 15, 2009, they will be disqualified from the competition.
14. In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of the Promotions above, the decision of Everest Poker Management is final.
15. This Agreement will be executed in person prior to the start of the event and all players will be required show a valid picture ID or passport.
16. Everest Poker will pay tournament and cash game entries on the winner's behalf and release funds as needed by the winner to pay for expenses related to attending the events.
17. Offer is open to all players of legal gambling age in the jurisdiction in which they are playing. Employees and immediate family members of employees of Everest Poker, its associated companies, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.
18. Everest Poker does not accept liability for any of the daily Qualifiers or Final Event tournament not taking place, being postponed or delayed for circumstances beyond their control. Any disputes relating to the provision of the Prize must be taken up with Everest Poker.
19. Everest Poker reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
20. Management's decision is final.
