Everest Poker VIP Summit Club FAQ*
How do I join the VIP Summit Club?
In order to participate in the VIP Summit Club, you must first enroll through the VIP Page. You can reach this by clicking on the VIP button in your Account menu. If you do not yet have a valid Real Money Account, you will be first asked to create one before enrolling in the VIP Summit Club.
How quickly can I start enjoying the benefits of being in the VIP Summit Club?
You will start receiving VIP Summit Club benefits on the first day of the calendar month following your enrollment. When you successfully enroll in the VIP Summit Club, all Summit Points earned from the beginning of the month of enrollment (prior to and after enrollment) determine your VIP tier at the beginning of the next month.
What are the Summit Point requirements for each tier?
The grid below outlines the Summit Point requirement for each tier. Enrolled players will automatically be placed into the highest tier they qualify for based on their Summit Point earnings in 1 month. For instance, if you earn 310 Summit Points between September 1, 2008, 00:00:00 GMT and September 30, 23:59:59 GMT, you will ascend into Base Camp from October 1, 2008, 00:00:00 GMT through October 31, 23:59:59 GMT.

How long will I receive the benefits of being in a VIP Tier?
The benefits period for Base Camp, Camp I, Camp II, Camp III and Camp IV is 1 month. For instance, if you earn 310 Summit Points in June, you will ascend into Base Camp, and receive Base Camp benefits for the month of July. On August 1st, you will be placed into a new tier based on how many Summit Points you earned in July.
If you qualify for The Death Zone or The Summit, your benefits are guaranteed not to fall for 3 months. For instance, if you earn 35,600 Summit Points in June, you will start receiving Death Zone benefits in July. Your Death Zone benefits are guaranteed to continue for August and September. However, if you earn over 50,000 Summit Points in any of these months, your benefits will jump up to The Summit for the next three months.

Will I be notified when I qualify for a new VIP Tier?
When you qualify for a VIP Tier of Base Camp or higher, you will receive notification of your achievement immediately following your first login of the new month. Additionally, if you are subscribed to receive promotional email from Everest Poker, you will receive an email, sent on the first day of every month, congratulating you on your achievement.
Where can I view my VIP status and the benefits I'm entitled to?
The VIP Status page is where you can view your current VIP status, monitor your progress within the current month and learn about the benefits available to you. The VIP Status page can be accessed from either the VIP tab within the account menu in your software, or from the VIP Status button on the My Account page, or the Cashier page. The VIP Status page has information including your current Summit Club VIP Tier, a list of benefits for your current tier, your Summit Club VIP Tier expiration date, Summit Points earned for the current month and how many more Summit Points you need to reach the next tier. From here you can also navigate to the Convert SP to Cash page and the VIP page.
What are some of the benefits of each VIP Summit Club tier?
Each VIP Summit Club Tier will be associated with various benefits such as Bonus Summit Points, Summit Points to Cash Conversion, increased Refer-A-Friend bonuses, priority customer service, and in-game chat.
Benefits associated with each VIP Tier are as follows:

How do Bonus Summit Points work?
Say you are a Base Camp member who earns 50 Summit Points playing in a ring game one day. You will receive 100 Bonus Summit Points (200%) as soon as you get up from your table, giving you a total of 150 SPs for your activity on that table. You are credited with the Bonus Summit Points as soon as you stand up from the ring game table. If you earn SP's from tournament play, you are credited the Bonus Summit Points when you are finished playing in the tournament.
Do Bonus Summit Points count towards my VIP status or towards converting a bonus?
Bonus Summit Points do not count towards determining your VIP tier for the next month, nor do they apply to earning or converting bonuses. Only base Summit Points earned from Ring Game or Tournament play count towards determining VIP status and converting bonuses.
Do Bonus Summit Points have the same value as other Summit Points?
Yes, all Summit Points have the same Summit Point to Cash conversion and tournament buy-in value.
How do I convert my Summit Points to cash?
To convert your Summit Point to cash, click the Convert SP to Cash link either from the Bonus Page or the VIP Status Page. The minimum amount of Summit Points redeemable for cash is 1250 SP regardless of the VIP Summit Club Tier you're in. The table below reflects the minimum and maximum amounts of Summit Points redeemable for cash per month for each VIP Summit Club Tier:

Are there any tournaments specifically designed for VIP Summit Club members?
As a VIP Summit Club member, you will have access to exclusive tournaments open only to players in your VIP Tier. Examples may include freerolls, cash-added, special guaranteed prize pools tournaments, or special satellites. Registered players may still participate even if their VIP Tier changes after registration but before the tournament's schedule start time.
How can I use the Live Support Chat feature?
If you have reached Camp III or higher, you have access to the chat area from our Lobby. To chat with customer service, click the Live Support button from the lobby. You will be taken to our Chat area, and when a Customer Service Representative is available, you will be able to click on Chat.
Will I receive priority customer service as a member of the VIP Summit Club?
Similar to the live support feature, priority customer service is available to VIP's who have reached the Camp III VIP Tier or higher. Every customer service request sent from a VIP with a Camp III VIP Tier level or higher will be marked as priority and receive special attention from our Customer Service team. Simply send a customer service request as you normally would and we'll take care of the rest!
Are there any additional benefits of the VIP Summit Club?
The following benefits are available to the Camp IV VIP Tier and higher: live tournament registration assistance and use of Summit Points to buy entries to live tournaments. Simply write in to customer service requesting assistance. They will get all the necessary information from you and deduct the funds. Please note that not all tournaments will always be available for us to buy seats, but we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
