Opening an Account

Opening an account at Everest Poker is easy, safe, and only takes a few minutes. The directions below walk you through the process step-by-step. Once you open an account, you can start to play online poker for real!

1. Download the Everest Poker software.


2. Open the Everest Poker software.


3. On the welcome page you will see a login box for returning players. Beneath that is a box for new players. Click the “Join Now” button.


4. A new page will open.

  • Type in your private login name. This will not be displayed to other players.
  • Choose a public screen name. This will be displayed to other players and must be different from your login name.
  • Choose and confirm your password.
  • Enter and confirm your email address.
  • You will have the option of receiving bonuses, promotions, and news via email. Check this box if you would like these benefits.

5. Click “Next.”


6. A new page will open.

  • Create a security question so that Everest Poker can identify you. Confirm your answer.
  • If a friend referred you to Everest Poker, type that friend’s screen name.
  • Check the box that says “I am 18 or older and agree with the Terms” after reading the terms.

7. Click “Register.”


8. A new page will open that offers you the opportunity to play for money now or to practice on our free tables first.

  • To start playing for real money now, click “Create” to begin a real money account.
  • If you are not ready to play for real money quite yet and would rather practice at a free table, click “Play.” You will be taken to the Poker Lobby where you can choose to play at a free table.

9. If you clicked “Create,” a new page will open called “Create Real Money Account.” This will enable you to play for real money or in any of the freeroll tournaments.

  • Type in your first and last name, date of birth, and address information.
  • Click “Create.” If you click “Skip” instead, you will be able to play at free tables only.
