How do I create an account?

To create your Everest Poker account, please follow these instructions:  

- Go to www.everestpoker.com  and click on the FREE DOWNLOAD button on the home page

- Click on the file “Everest Poker.exe” and choose “Save”.

 

 

- Once the software is installed, an icon will appear on your desktop. Click the icon to launch software.

- Click “Join now” and complete your registration.

I forgot my password. What can I do?

Click on the “Forgot your password” link after a failed login attempt.  Enter your email address and answer your security question.  You will be prompted to reset your password.  If you have forgotten the answer to your Security Question, we ask you to contact Customer Service.  Click the Help button and choose Player Support.

What payment methods can I use to make a deposit in my account?

How can I receive my welcome bonus?

After registering with Everest Poker, click the Account button in the Poker Lobby and select Bonus. You will be directed to your Bonus Account. From here, enter the Bonus Code “WELCOME” and click Add. You must enter this code within 14 days of registering your new account. In order to activate this bonus, you must make your first deposit within 30 days.

Where did the beginners’ tables go?

Beginner stakes tables are available to players during their first 90 days at Everest Poker. After 90 days has passed, the Beginner Stakes selection will no longer appear at the top of the table list.

How do I register for a poker tournament?

To register for a tournament, please click on the Scheduled Tournaments tab or the Sit & Go Tournaments tab and then select the kind of tournament (i.e. Cash, Satellites, Privates) you want to register for. Click Register, select the Buy-in Option you want to use, and click OK.

Please note that in order to register for a tournament you need to have a real money account and the tournament must be open for registration. Most scheduled tournaments open for registration two days ahead of the scheduled start time.

How do I purchase items from the Summit Points Store?

To purchase items from the Summit Points Store, you must first login to your Everest Poker account. Once you’ve logged in, click the "Summit Points Store" link from the Account menu in the Lobby. Once inside the store, simply add items to your cart and proceed through checkout.
