I try to log in but keep getting an invalid password message. What do I do?
You may
have entered an incorrect password. Note that the password is case-sensitive.
Also make sure that you are entering your username and not your screen name.
Click on the “Forgot your password” link after a failed log-in attempt. Enter your email address and answer your security question. You will be prompted to reset your password. If you have forgotten the answer to your security question, we ask you to contact Customer Service.
