What happens if I get disconnected during a game?

If you get disconnected while playing in a ring game (non-tournament) the money you have already contributed to the pot may be protected by our Disconnection Bet Protection (DBP). Please consult our Disconnect Bet Protection Policy for full details.

If you get disconnected while playing in a real money tournament, your cards will be folded and blinds posted until you are able to come back to the tournament or run out of chips. In this case, exit the software immediately and log back in. If you still have chips in that tournament, the table at which you are seated will be automatically reopened for you.

For freeroll tournaments, you will be removed after five (5) hands or ten (10) minutes, depending on whichever period is longer.
