  9. Certain items are not eligible to be sent to all countries.

  11. The Summit Point values for each item include all shipping and handling charges.

  13. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of your items.

  15. The Summit Points Store does not deliver items to Post Office Boxes.

  17. Everest Poker and the Summit Points Store will not be held responsible for merchandise that does not reach its destination due to an invalid or incorrect mailing address provided by a customer. Furthermore, we may, at our discretion, deduct additional Summit Points to re-send returned merchandise to a corrected mailing address.

  19. The Summit Points Store does not accept returned merchandise, except in the cases where we ship an incorrect item.

  21. If the item(s) you received were not ordered, then the Summit Points Store will arrange for the collection of these items and re-sending of the correct items. Customers will not be reimbursed should they attempt to return items without first contacting our Customer Service department.

  23. Items cannot be returned for Summit Point credit, once ordered.
