Ther soccer star from Germany showed great poker during the 3LT Final. Unfortunately is stack got smaller and smaller in the last level and he finally shoved his last chips with 33. He got called by a player who had pocket JJ and this was it.

First Leo loses 80 % of his stack with AA vs 22.
He is left with 10 BB and shoves all-in his last 22K with 88. He receives one call and another guy reshoves for 50K.

Leo has 88, one guy holds KJ and the other KK. Nobody hits on the board.

Now all of our hopes are set on Valentin who now has 120K. Go Val!!!!

Dinner Break Update at 3LT Vienna

It is 18:30 in Vienna and the 53 remaining players are going to have dinner now.
Our two French sponsored players Leo and Val are still in.

Both were seated at the feature table during the last levels.
Valentin has managed to come back to 66K and Leo has lost a little and is now on 77K.

Sergej Barbarez is constantly building up his stack. The German soccer star goes into the dinner break holding 145K in Chips. Keep going Sergej!

Half an hour ago our Team Everest player Steven van Zadelhoff got eliminated from the tournament.

Also Italian Stallion Cristiano busted just before the break. He had KsQs with 3s6s8x on the flop. His opponent showed AA, no spades on the river.

Tobestar busted

The 2010 Live the Dream Team's Tobi Wagner started pretty short stacked with 18,600 and got involved in a coin flip in his second hand. He had AK and faced JJ - no help from the board. This is it for tobestar.

Chipcounts after Day 1 at 3LT Grand Finale Vienna

Many very good players got eliminated got eliminated from the tournament during the first day of the 3LT Grand Finale. We are happy that there are still some of our Everest family in the game like France's Leo Truche and Valenin Messina, Tobias Wagner from Germany, and Italy's Cristiano Blanco.

We are also very happy that our good friend, German soccer celebrity Sergej Barbarez is running very well and currently in 10th position. The Hungarian Rapstar Peter Majoros is also starting in day two. 3LT Warnemuende Runner-up Christian Oswald and Warnemuende 4th ranked have both made it to Day 2.
