Tobestar11: "After being on the road playing poker tournaments for the last two months I will be home in Nuremberg for some time now. During this time I was not able to exercise my usual sports pensum. Getting my body and my mind ready for the big event in December I have set up a work out plan for the upcoming weeks. One of my favorite sports is basketball, so this will be one of the key sports in my training schedule. I am planning to shoot balls at least 3 or 4 times a week.

Furthermore swimming is up there on the agenda at least once a week and various work outs. All this should work to shape my body and to be all fresh-minded at the Grand Finale of the 3 Laender Poker Tour in Vienna."
