The SPT Castellon 2010 has a winner; Julien Pouchain!

He beats the runner up Julio Dolce HU with 78 vs 64 (straight vs two pair).

Julien won over 60k, a record in the SPT history! We thank the Gran Casino Castellon, the dealers, Gerard Serra and his team, Carron Design, Cenacle, Pandovani and all the players for this great stop in Castellon. We hope to see you all again in Valencia 1-3 October!

Heads up!

We are heads up! Guillome Valle will go home with 19,200 euro as third place finisher. This was his first live tournament, so congratulations with this great achievement Guillome!

Norel Thibaut was short stacked and pushed all in with KQo, Julien found AA and made the obvious call. No help for Thibaut and he takes home 14,200 euro for his 4th place. Good game Thibaut!

Fabien Perrot was holding Q8 en decided to push all in after Julien Pouchain raised. With a Q on the flop, it was very difficult for Fabien to win this hand while Julien was holding AQ. Fabien did a good job with his 5th place, congratulations Fabien!

Down to 15 players

We are playing level 18 with blinds 4000-8000 and an ante of 500. The levels last for an hour. We started the day with 18 players but we already lost 3 of them. Philippe Bernanose (France), Ricado Benzal (Spain) and Helge Warkow (Germany) will take home 2500 euro. Good game!
