Update: End of Day 3
There are 25 players remaining in the WPT Paris and the directors have decided to give a well deserved rest to those continuing on to day 4.
Steven Van Zadelhoff of Team Everest ended the day with 188,000 chips.
Steven will be up tomorrow with one goal: to reach the final table of the WPT Paris 2010!

Steven Van Zadelhoff of Team Everest is In the Money at WPT Paris with a stack of 208,000 chips.
The 28th player is out and the remaining 27 players are now In The Money. The challenge is now to reach the final table of the WPT Paris.

We have 30 minutes remaining until the end of Level 15 (2,000/4,000-400) and Steven is bothered by the chip leader of the table. Steven has lost several hands and he's been raised on each one of his bets by the chip leader of the table.
He now has a stack of 209,000 and we have only one player to go before the bubble.

We are now at 28 players, thanks to Steven!
We're almost at the end of Level 14, the blinds are at 1,600/3,200 with a 400 Ante and Team Everest's Steven Van Zadelhoff just eliminated a player right before the bubble.
After a raise by Steven, the short stacked Jacob Julian shoved all in for his 50,000 remaining chips with A K.
Steven called with Jc 4c.
The board is: Tc 8 8 9c Qc
Steven won with a flush on the River.
He aquired his 50,000 chips and now has a stack of 360,000!
With no more than one player before the bubble, the tension is at the maximum...

It's the end of level 13, and there are 32 players remaining with an average of 261,532 chips.
Steven Van Zadelhoff is still solid and played a very tight aggressive game that allowed him to grow his stack step by step, and he's now up to 330,000 chips!

The bubble is coming and Steven Van Zadelhoff is still deep.
There is only one hour to go in level 13, the blinds are at 1,600/3,200 with a 300 Ante.
There are 36 players remaining and the bubble begins at 27 players, the average is 205,833 chips.

Steven Doubles Up!
The tournament has just started and Steven has a good stack with 188,500 chips.
He then discovers a hand of pocket Aces and decides to push ALL IN and he's paid by Mikhail Smirnov with J J. No cards on the board will prevent our Dutch player fom doubling his stack at the beginning of day 3. He picks up the 132,000 chips of his opponent and he's now up to 320,500 chips!

FYI: the chipleader of the tournament has a stack of 489,000 chips.
Steven is among the chipleads of this tournament at the beginning of today!

Start of Day
Hello and welcome to the coverage of the WPT Grand Prix de Paris 2010 at the Aviation Club de France.
247 players have started the tourney and only 48 players return for day 3 with an average of 154,429 chips.
Each level will last 90 minutes and there is a 15 min break before each.
There is one player from Team Everest starting day 3 today:

The 48 remaining players will battle all day to finish in the bubble and get their piece of the €2,347,795 prize pool.
