Phil Ivey pauses, gives Shulman his signature ice-cold stare before moving all-in with a re-raise. The entire crowd let out a collective yet faint gasp and then we heard nothing but silence from the media box down to the table as Joe Cada, a few seats down, took his time deciding what to do.
