Unlucky Italian Stallion: Cristiano is out in Deauville

Everest Poker Team member Cristiano Blanco is out of EPT Deauville.

He managed to crack his opponent's Aces with Q8 after a Q83 flop. All the money went in, but a deadly three on the turn gave his opponent a higher two-pair.

The in-form Cristiano sadly left the room.

EPT Deauville has lift off!

A record 20 Everest Poker players are ready to start EPT Deauville today and tomorrow.

Day 1A is just about to begin with nine of our twenty players hitting the felts today.

Those fisrt into battle are (FR unless stated): Jeremy 'Rougier' Redon, Gerald 'Geraldou' Hernandez, Romain 'martinlemot' Lopes, Tomas 'koendb' de Hoog (NL) & David Daraux.

We also have six members of Team Evevest playing at EPT Deauville with four kicking off today, namely: Cristiano 'lalanco' Blanco (IT), Otto '2kewl4school' Richard, Simone 'babbolone' Coppari (IT) and Daan 'krul' Slutter.

Cristiano Blanco heads into the event in great form too - he ended 2008 with THREE final tables in as many months!
