Cristiano through to Day 2

The EPT in Warsaw, brought to you by Pokerstars kicked off today. Six Everest Poker Qualifiers and our pro, Cristiano Blanco, will start in The Polish Open.

Today (Day 1A) Cristiano Blanco and Italian Everest Poker Qualifier, Robert Binelli, will hit the felts. Binelli is well know in Italian poker circles and is good friends with Cristiano - good luck boys!

Tomorrow Filipe Moreira from Portugal, Voitto Rintala from Finland, Michael Schlesiger from Germany, Francis Lamothe from Canada and Jan-Stéfan Smolarczy from France will take their chance in the Everest colours. We will keep you updated from the Casino in the Hyatt Hotel, Warsaw.

22:55h:
Level 6 is finished and the next level is level 7 with blinds at 200-400 and an ante of 50. Cristiano Blanco and Robert Binelli are at the same table. While Cristiano is with almost 15,000 chips on average, Robert is small stack with a little bit more than 3,500 chips.

22:55h:
Robert Binelli is out in position 130 of day 1A. He was holding A-Q and met A-K in the big blind. No help on the board and the Everest Poker player was eliminated in this EPT.

23.50:
Day 1A is over and 76 players are left out of 190 starters. Cristiano Blanco played a good day and will come back for day 2 on Thursday with 28,800 Chips. The averag is at 25,000.
