WSOPE, 2 Everest Poker players in the money!

09/17/07 @ 10:55:54 am by Sandrine

Congratulations to 2 our Everest Poker Players who finished in the money in the 1st edition of the WSOP in Europe. They did very well in a player’s field particularly difficult!

Congrats to Vikor -Dutch -who finished 11th and earned 41 630 pounds

and Patetdelph - French -who finished 32nd and earned 27 150 pounds!

Here are their last hands:

Steve - "vikor" is eliminated by Magnus Persson in 11th :

Vikor is all in for 200-250k in the small blind with A club Q club, racing against under-the-gunner Magnus Persson and his J club J heart: no help on the board for vikor:
9s, 7d, Js, 5h, 3s

Patrick - "Patetdelph" - is eliminated by Theo Jorgensen in 32nd Place :

Patrick moved all in over the top of Theo Jorgensen's pre-flop raise and Jorgensen made the call. Patrick turned over As, Ad and was ahead of Jorgensen's Kc,Qs. But that all changed on the flop when it came down Ks,Qc,5s, making Jorgensen two pair. The turn was the 9c, the river was the 7d, and Patetdelph was eliminated.

It is great to see how well our Everest Poker players have been doing lately during these large live events!
